[As much as it pains him to see her so disconcerted, he would admit to feeling very pleased (inappropriate as it may be) to see her. He has missed her terribly after all. It had been dreadfully cruel to be snatched away just as they were trying to put their lives back together (if that were even possible).]
It is quite real. Unfortunately. Although as far as I've heard, it has little effect on actual reality. In other words, it changes nothing about our lives in our own world.
